This morning, I want to talk about Isaiah Chapters 66 through 68 and how we can use the principles outlined there to stay afloat in life's ever-changing winds.
First and foremost, we must acknowledge that God is in control. In Isaiah 66:13, God tells us that He will comfort us when we are distressed and that He will bring joy to those who mourn. He promises to be our strength and our shield when we are weak and vulnerable. It's important to remember that whatever life throws at us, God is in control, and He will be with us every step of the way.
Secondly, we must remember to give thanks in all circumstances. In Isaiah 66:23, God tells us to give thanks for the good and bad alike. In other words, we should be thankful for both the successes and failures that come our way. When life gets tough, it's easy to forget to be thankful for all that we have. But by giving thanks, we are reminded of God's many blessings and how He is always with us.
Lastly, we must remain focused on what matters most. In Isaiah 68:19, God tells us that our focus should be on Him and His kingdom. It's easy to get caught up in our day-to-day lives and forget what is truly important. We must constantly remind ourselves that our ultimate goal is to serve God and fulfill His will for our lives.
My Brothers and Sisters this morning, I urge you to remember the lesson of the eagle: stay afloat in life's ever-changing winds by acknowledging that God is in control, giving thanks in all circumstances, and remaining focused on what matters most.
God will never leave you nor forsake you; soar high with Him on life's journey!
