COMMUNICATION:

The Bible emphasizes the importance of communication in many ways. For example, Proverbs 18:21 says, “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” This verse reminds us that our words have a powerful impact on others, and we should use them wisely. Similarly, Ephesians 4:29 says, “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.” This verse encourages us to use our words to build others up and encourage them.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

The Bible teaches us that we are accountable to God for our actions. Hebrews 4:13 says, “Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.” This verse reminds us that we will one day have to answer to God for everything we have done. Similarly, James 5:16 says, “Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” This verse encourages us to hold each other accountable and confess our sins to one another.

PASSION:

The Bible teaches us that we should be passionate about serving God. Romans 12:11 says, “Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.” This verse reminds us that we should always be passionate about serving God and doing His will. Similarly, Colossians 3:23-24 says, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” This verse encourages us to work passionately for the Lord in everything we do.

Learning:

The Bible teaches us that we should always be learning and growing in our faith. Proverbs 1:5 says, “Let the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance.” This verse reminds us that we should always be seeking wisdom and guidance from God. Similarly, 2 Timothy 3:16-17 says, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” This verse encourages us to study the Bible and learn from it.

Change:

The Bible teaches us that we should be willing to change and grow in our faith. Romans 12:2 says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing, and perfect will.” This verse reminds us that we should not be conformed to this world but transformed by renewing our minds. Similarly, 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” This verse encourages us to embrace change as a part of our new life in Christ.
