The same is true for us today. Even if the odds seem insurmountable, we can still have faith that God will provide. When faced with a challenge, it can be easy to succumb to fear and doubt. But if we draw strength from our faith in God, we can overcome any obstacle.
We have seen this truth throughout the Bible. When the Israelites were faced with Pharaoh's armies, they had faith that God would deliver them. When Daniel faced the lion's den, he trusted that God would protect him. And when Jesus faced the cross, he knew that his suffering would be rewarded with resurrection.
So Brothers and Sisters, never forget: no matter how daunting the challenge may be, you have the power to overcome it through your faith in God. As Paul said in Romans 8:37, "We are more than conquerors through him who loved us."
Brothers and Sisters when life throws obstacles in your path, remember David and Goliath. No matter how big your Goliath is, you can still overcome him with faith in the One who is bigger than any obstacle. "That's the power of faith!"
